I live in the USA and do not speak Spanish. My son is in a study-abroad program at the University of Salamanca. I wanted to surprise him on his 21st birthday with an American-style birthday cake and additional cupcakes delivered to his class. I tried to contact every Salamanca bakery I could find on the Web that made birthday cakes but found that most did not reply, could not speak English, or had no way of receiving my payment. The exception was Toni's Cupcakes. The owner, Toni Gimenez, corresponded with me by email in English back and forth for many times to arrange for a lovely birthday cake with a violin/music theme and cupcakes with different designs. She delivered them to my son's class by herself (she said that she closed the shop briefly to do that.). I am attaching photos that she took of the cakes. The cakes were reportedly by the professors to be delicious. It was a great surprise party for my son. I am very grateful to Ms. Gimenez and recommend her very highly.
